The Women In Technology (WIT) Speaker Database is dedicated to amplifying women's voices throughout the STEAM industry. This curated public resource seeks to connect technologists at all stages of their careers with diverse speaking engagements, including Women In Technology events. Our goal is to foster greater visibility and create meaningful opportunities for women in technology to share their expertise and insights.
FAQ
Who should apply? Anyone open to speaking engagements big and small, however, we cannot guarantee you will be contacted.
Will I be paid for speaking engagements? All speaking opportunities are voluntary. Speaking fees and travel is not provided. Inquiries made via the public speaker database may include opportunities to negotiate for fees – but are not guaranteed. You are under no obligation to accept speaking requests you receive.
What should I expect after submitting? How and when will I be contacted? We cannot guarantee speaking or media requests. If a WIT Staff Member wants to connect, we will utilize your submitted email address.

Speaking Experience and Background

Link to a video or talk sample. Video should demonstrate your expertise, presentation style, and speaking ability. Don't have a video of a previous speaking engagement? Create and upload a short recording to YouTube (or any accessible video platform). Don't worry about recording quality - we just want to hear from you and get a sense of your presentation and speaking ability.
Tell us about previous speaking experience. Have you spoken at a previous Women In Technology events? What other conferences or speaking engagements have you participated in? Include any relevant links.
